1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).• No shipments are made on Saturdays after 2 PM, Sundays, or public holidays.• Delays may occur during high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Within Nanyuki: within 5 hours• Rest of Kenya: Up to 3 business days (shipping fee vary with location – see our checkout rates).
3. Shipment Tracking
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships.
4. Delivery Exceptions
• Outside Nanyuki, we deliver using Matatu saccos, Wells Fargo or G4S
5. Pickup Orders (Nanyuki)
• No Fee: Ksh 100 (covers storage for up to 3 months).• Late Pickups:

- After 3 months: Ksh 100/month storage fee.
- After 6 months: Uncollected orders will be discarded without notice.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
• Report damage within1 hour of delivery. Save all packaging materials for claims.• We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
