Full Refund Eligibility

full refund or credit note is available if:

The purchase was fully paid during the ordering process; and
You received a defective item;
Your order was lost or damaged during transit;
The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.
 

Return Conditions

1. If your situation meets the criteria above, you may return the product for a full refund.
2. Items must be returned:
    • In their original packaging
    • Unused
    • Along with the receipt (emailed to you or included in your package)
3. Return requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving your order.
4. Products that do not meet these conditions (e.g., opened, used, or damaged by the customer) will not be eligible for a refund.
 

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind about the product
You selected the wrong item during ordering
The product has been opened or used (unless defective)
